The Management Strategies in Herpes series of monographs, the Herpes supplements, and the management guidelines they contain are primarily for healthcare professionals. They reflect clinical practice at the time of publication and are not full reviews of the disease area. The monographs and their guidelines should be read in conjunction with each other.

The posters in this section are Acrobat files containing abridged versions of the recommendations made in the monographs and management guidelines.

Management Strategies in Herpes – Monograph Series and Herpes Supplements

Acrobat files of 10 IHMF® Management Strategies in Herpes monographs, and more recently, Herpes journal supplements, published between 1996 and 2006, contain recommendations on each of the human herpesviruses. Expert updates for some monographs are also included.

The management guidelines are practical and comprehensive summaries of recommendations made in the IHMF® Management Strategies in Herpes series of monographs. Also included are algorithms for the diagnosis and treatment of herpesviruses.
